As Director of Humphries Weaving, I am entrusted with guiding the strategic direction and making commercial decisions that drive our company’s growth and evolution. This role truly reflects my commitment to leading our business into its next phase of success.

I am driven by a passion for strategic vision, organizational growth, and responsible business practices. Whether it’s participating in industry events or fostering innovation within our teams, I’m dedicated to keeping us at the forefront of change.

In addition to my responsibilities at Humphries Weaving, I am deeply invested in fostering cultural change and championing environmental and social responsibility initiatives at Sudbury Silk Mills. I take pride in spearheading business development efforts, ensuring our adaptability to new markets and evolving customer needs through the evaluation and integration of business capability demands in partnership with the commercial teams.

I was invited to join the Worshipful Company of Weavers, becoming a liveryman in 2022 and has spoken at the UKFT Sustainability in UK Textiles conference (2022 and 2023).
