We can take you through the process of initial consultation, client meetings or site visits, to ascertain the scope of the project before we start detailed design work. Whether that is accurately redrawing the design for historic accuracy and using our on-site dye lab and colour specialists to ensure perfect colour accuracy. We understand how important and subtle colour is; weave construction and yarns used have a huge impact on how colour is read.

Seeing and feeling the fabric for the first time is one of the most exciting moments in the design journey. Our sampling process combines technical precision with creative exploration, ensuring every detail is perfect before production begins on our specialist section looms.

We can utilise digital mock-ups for initial approval, then woven samples on our section warps for colour placement, weave construction & handle, ensuring it is suitable for use. This stage allows us to feel the fabric, ensuring the fabric meets expectations before moving to production.

Using state-of-the-art jacquard looms, we can weave the final fabric with our skilled team of weavers and tacklers. Every metre is carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality before despatch. As the first UK textile manufacturer with Oeko-Tex Step certification at Level 3, we guarantee environmentally responsible and exceptional quality textiles.
